Bluecat Fisheries is a Maryland-based harvester, aggregator, processor, and supplier of invasive, wild-caught blue catfish.
We aggregate wild-caught invasive blue catfish from a network of licensed commercial watermen and route product through two parallel channels; a USDA-certified partner processor for human consumption, and a byproduct/whole-fish channel serving pet food, animal feed, and aquaculture feed manufacturers.
